On May 2, the Iranian Renewable Energy Organization and Energy Efficiency Organization (SATBA) launched a tender for 4GW of photovoltaic capacity. It is reported that bidders need to have 10MW-level Solar Pannels For Sale photovoltaic projects, and the winning bidder will obtain a construction permit and enjoy a fixed electricity price subsidy.
SATBA said that investors have submitted more than 80GW of renewable energy projects for review, and these projects are likely to participate in the procurement exercise.
