India's installed capacity reached 36.9GW in the first half of 2020
According to data from the Central Energy Administration (CEA) and the Ministry of New Energy and Renewable Energy (MNRE), in the second quarter of 2020, India’s market share of renewable 5kw off grid solar kits price energy (including large hydropower projects) increased slightly by 0.1% to 36.3% from the first quarter . The total installed capacity nationwide in the second quarter increased slightly from 372.1GW in the first quarter to 372.9GW.


In terms of renewable energy, as of the end of the second quarter, India’s cumulative installed capacity of renewable energy projects (excluding large hydropower projects) was 89.53 GW, accounting for 24% of the total market, higher than the 88.9 GW installed capacity and 23.9% of the total installed capacity in the first quarter. Accounted for. Among them, solar power generation accounted for 9.9%, wind power generation accounted for 10.1%, biological power generation accounted for 2.7%, small hydropower projects accounted for 1.3%, and waste incineration power generation projects accounted for 0.04%.

As of the end of the second quarter, the cumulative installed capacity of solar energy was 36.9GW, accounting for 9.6% of the total market.
