Eisenberg Electric Power announced on Tuesday that it had signed a contract with the Ozyer Group to acquire 11 solar power plants, which were developed and constructed under the supervision of unlicensed power generation Stand Alone Solar System with the purpose of increasing solar investment.

Eisenberg Electric Power Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Natirel Electric Power Company. The company is the first solar company to be listed on the Istanbul Stock Exchange on October 9. Its listing slogan is "For a cleaner, more A viable world".
The announcement stated that the total installed capacity of these solar power plants in Afyon was 12.275 kilowatts peak.
The company said that in 2021, the solar power generation of these power plants will reach about 20 million kilowatt-hours. The sales revenue of these plants is expected to be 2.66 million US dollars and the net profit is 2.5 million US dollars.
The acquisition will also increase Eisenberg’s solar installed capacity by 38% to 46.060 kilowatts peak.

The company said that as part of the acquisition, it has prepaid US$100,000 to the Ozyer Group, which will be completed after the completion of the transfer process.
