German federal states: Allocate 10 million euros to support balcony photovoltaic

    Recently, the German Federal Government of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania has allocated 10 million euros (equivalent to 9.93 million US dollars) to support the deployment of solar modules with a power of up to 600W Solar Panel Systems For Home on balconies, terraces and  facades.

    Under the program, each family is entitled to a rebate of up to 500 euros ($496).

    The government said in a statement that it supports the installation of small systems with power up to 600W and does not require approval, just registration with the energy provider. This can provide quick savings when electricity prices go up.
