Tunisia formulates 3.8GW photovoltaic national strategy in 2030

    It is understood that the department has launched tenders to promote investment in the renewable energy sector with a total capacity of 1,100 MW, of which 500 MW under concession contracts, 400 MW under authorized systems and 200 MW under self-generated systems.

    The minister also noted that the government will implement several structural reforms in the renewable energy sector, including the creation of a regulatory body in the power sector and the publication of a magazine dedicated to renewable energy.
