Australian government lists solar energy as key technology to reduce emissions
Australian Prime Minister Morrison recently said that the government is seeking to formulate plans to further reduce Australia's carbon emissions, will consider more than 100 new technologies, and list renewable energy as a key emission reduction technology for key investments. He predicts that renewable solar energy power generation in the Australian power grid will double within a decade, accounting for 50%, and is committed to modernizing high-polluting industries.

The plan's technology investment blueprint will be released later this year, and will focus on supporting new low-emission technologies such as hydrogen energy, carbon capture and storage technology, agricultural emission reduction technology, lithium mining, biomass fuel and waste into energy R & D and application to cope with the increasing attention to decarbonization in Australia and internationally. Taylor said that the best way to fulfill and fulfill Australia's international commitments to reduce emissions is to reduce emissions through new technologies while maintaining and strengthening economic growth.

Prime Minister Morrison proposed the establishment of a Royal Commission of Inquiry after the jungle fire, stating that the Australian Government will not change the established emission reduction targets and that the Government will not use the carry-over amount of the Kyoto Protocol to achieve and exceed its relevant commitments of the Paris Agreement on 2030 emission reduction targets, And achieve this goal without levying carbon emissions taxes, raising electricity prices, and closing traditional industries.
