Germany's new photovoltaic installations will reach 4.88GW in 2020
The German Federal Network Agency Bundesnetzagentur reported that the installed capacity of Solar Cell Off Grid System photovoltaic power in Germany in December was 525 MW.

It is reported that the newly installed photovoltaic capacity was 339.4MW in December 2019 and 480MW in November 2020.
In 2020, the new photovoltaic power generation will reach 4.88GW, which means that the country's photovoltaic installed capacity has increased by about 1GW compared to 2019, and the new photovoltaic power generation in 2019 will reach 3.94GW. In 2018 and 2017, the new capacity was 2.96 GW and 1.75 GW, respectively.
By the end of the year, Germany had accumulated 53.6GW of grid-connected solar energy, which was installed in accordance with the national renewable energy law Ernererbare-Energien-Gesetz (EEG).

Due to the strong growth in the past few months, the feed-in tariff subsidy for all photovoltaic installations will be reduced by another 1.4%, depending on the size of the system, the range will be between 0.0804-0.0553/kWh.
According to these new regulations, maintain the FIT applicable to photovoltaic systems below 300kW, and provide two different options for owners of photovoltaic installations ranging from 300kW to 750kW: construct their projects according to the public utility-scale PV bidding plan – self-consumption is not allowed , Or accept FIT (half compared to small systems), but allow to consume the energy generated by itself.
