Spain: Solar projects are expected to usher in rapid development

    In Q1 2022, the newly installed photovoltaic capacity in Spain will be 489MW, and the cumulative Household hot selling solar system installed capacity will exceed 15GW.

    At present, Spain has achieved power generation side parity. At present, the main driving force for the development of the photovoltaic market is the bidding projects planned by the government and the unsubsidized PPA projects;

    Spain plans to launch the third round of renewable energy tenders in April 2022, including 140WM distributed photovoltaic projects. It is expected that the new installed capacity of photovoltaics in Spain will reach 7.55GW in 2022.
