Suriname: Exemption from import duties on some solar power equipment

    Suriname's "Government Network" reported on August 29 that in order to further popularize solar power generation equipment, the Suriname government decided to exempt 90% of the import tariffs on Electric Solar solar power generation equipment.

    The above exemption policy is valid for 12 months and applies to solar power generation equipment and accessories, but does not include energy storage batteries.

    The Soviet government will introduce more other support measures in the future, such as the cancellation of import tariffs on electric vehicles, and the government will release more relevant information in the near future.
