According to new data released by the French renewable energy association SER, as of the end of December 2021, the cumulative installed capacity of solar energy reached 13,067MW, of which the fourth quarter was particularly active, with about 761MW of new Sale Solar Panels photovoltaic systems connected to the grid.
In 2021, France will add 2,687MW of new solar installations, a record high. The previous installed capacity was 973MW in 2020, 883MW in 2018 and 890MW in 2017.
